A: Daily JP Step includes 1,200+ practical Japanese phrases across 16 real-life categories including travel, business, healthcare, and daily life situations.
Q: How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
A: Go to Settings > Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
Q: How do I change the display language?
A: Go to Settings > Language and select your preferred language. We support English, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
Q: What is furigana and how do I use it?
A: Furigana shows hiragana readings above kanji characters. This helps you learn pronunciation even if you don't know the kanji. Every word in our app includes furigana support.
Q: How do I add a word to favorites?
A: Tap the heart icon next to any word in the word list or on the word detail screen.
Q: Is my data backed up?
A: Your learning data is stored locally on your device. We recommend using your device's backup feature (iCloud/Google) to preserve your data when switching devices.
Q: How do I remove ads?
A: Go to Settings > Remove Ads and complete the one-time purchase. This will permanently remove all banner ads from the app.
Q: The app crashed. What should I do?
A: Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, please contact us with details about when the crash occurred and your device model.
