Q: The app won't start

A: Please try restarting your device or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the problem persists, please contact us.

Q: Words are not displaying

A: Please try completely closing the app and restarting it. The database may need to be initialized.

Q: I want to remove ads

A: You can remove ads through in-app purchase in Settings > Remove Ads.

Q: I want to change the furigana display mode

A: You can select parentheses or furigana mode in Settings > Furigana Display Mode.
